Privacy Policy

TraderMind ("the app", "we", "us") is designed around a simple principle: your trading data is yours and stays on your device. This policy explains what that means in practice and the rights you have under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. The short version
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. TraderMind has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no cloud backend operated by us. Everything you enter — trades, emotions, notes, reflections, rules, assessment answers, and voice transcriptions — is stored locally on your iPhone.
2. Who we are
TraderMind is the data controller for the limited purposes described here. Because the app does not transmit your data to us, the controller relationship is largely theoretical — but if you have any privacy question, you can reach us at markets@kalibrefin.com.
3. Data you enter
The app lets you record trade logs, pre-trade check-ins, a behavioral bias assessment, lessons, personal rules, and reflections. This information is saved only in the app's local storage on your device. It is never sent to us or to any third party. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
4. Voice dictation
The optional voice logging feature uses Apple's on-device speech recognition to transcribe what you say into text for the lesson field. Audio is processed locally on your device and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted by us. Microphone and speech-recognition access are requested only when you tap the dictation button, and you can decline.
5. No analytics or tracking
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, trackers, or cookies in the app. We do not build profiles of you, and we do not track you across apps or websites. The app displays no advertising.
6. Subscriptions
TraderMind is offered as an auto-renewable subscription processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We never see or store your name, card, or payment details. Purchase and entitlement validation are handled on-device by Apple's StoreKit. Apple's handling of your transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
7. Notifications
If you enable trade-review reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. No notification content is sent through our servers, because we do not operate any.
8. Data retention
Your data is retained on your device for as long as you keep it there. We apply no separate retention period because we never receive your data. You can delete individual entries in the app, reset the app's data from its settings, or uninstall the app to remove everything permanently.
9. Security
Your data is protected by the security of your device and iOS, including the app's sandboxed storage and any device passcode or biometric lock you have enabled. Because nothing is transmitted to or held on our infrastructure, there is no server-side database of your information that could be breached.
10. International data transfers
Your data does not leave your device, so there are no international transfers of your personal data by us. Any transfer related to your App Store purchase is carried out by Apple under its own policy.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it (GDPR), or to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" of your personal information (CCPA/CPRA). Because your data lives only on your device and we hold none of it, you can exercise all of these rights directly: view and edit entries in the app, export or copy them, and delete them at any time. We do not sell or share personal information, and there is nothing for us to disclose or erase on your behalf. If you still have a question, contact markets@kalibrefin.com.
12. Children's privacy
TraderMind is intended for adults engaged in trading and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

If we update this policy, we will revise the "last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL.
